data-end=\"766\">\u57fa\u56e0\u68c0\u6d4b\u5e76\u975e\u6d41\u884c\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u79d1\u7814\u6210\u679c\u4e4b\u4e0a\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u6280\u672f\u3002\u5728SuperDNA\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u91c7\u7528\u5148\u8fdb\u7684 <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"691\">SNP\u57fa\u56e0\u5206\u578b\u6280\u672f<\/strong> \uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7ed3\u5408 <strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"742\">\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u6d4b\u5e8f\u6280\u672f\uff08NGS\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u5bf9\u60a8\u7684 DNA \u8fdb\u884c\u7cbe\u51c6\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"794\"><strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"792\">\u8fd9\u4ee3\u8868\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"1142\">\n<li data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"1034\">\n<p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"1034\">SNP\uff08\u5355\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u591a\u6001\u6027\uff09\u53ef\u7cbe\u51c6\u68c0\u6d4b\u60a8DNA\u4e2d\u6700\u5177\u4fe1\u606f\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u533a\u57df\u2014\u2014\u5373\u90a3\u4e9b\u5fae\u5c0f\u5374\u5173\u952e\u7684\u53d8\u5f02\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d8\u5f02\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u98ce\u9669\u3001\u8425\u517b\u5438\u6536\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u836f\u7269\u4ee3\u8c22\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1142\">\u82e5\u9700\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5168\u5916\u663e\u5b50\u7ec4\u6d4b\u5e8f\uff08WES\uff09 \u6216 \u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u6d4b\u5e8f\uff08WGS\uff09 \u53ef\u6df1\u5165\u89e3\u6790\u6574\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e0\u4fe1\u606f\u89e3\u8bfb\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u60a8\u57fa\u56e0\u7f16\u7801\u4e2d\u7684\u6df1\u5c42\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u98ce\u9669\u7279\u5f81\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-end=\"1306\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6280\u672f\u5df2\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5168\u7403\u79d1\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u4e0e\u533b\u7597\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e14\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e25\u683c\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u4e0e\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
